After placing an order on Colocation Server service, please provide relevant information related to the server(s) which will later be placed in the datacenter. Starting from server specifications, brand, dimensions, weight, and serial number. Particularly for the serial number, please attach the photo.

Colocation is a service where you put your server in IDCloud's Data Center. We provide power and bandwidth to get the server running/online. Server management is left to you completely (for Unmanaged Colocation service). As for a Managed Colocation, we provide assistance to a number of server management activities, kindly share the service features you would like for us to provide by sending a Service Offer Request to IDCloud's team.

1. OpenIXP up to 1gbps for national access - IIX APJII up to 1gbps for national access.
2. Supported with Equinix peering SGIX, Equinix up to 100mbps Openshare so that your server can be accessed quickly from abroad.
3. Direct access to Google and Yahoo servers via CDN network with connection speed up to 100 Mbps.
4. Direct access to Facebook servers and to SGIX via the PGASIX network with connection speeds up to 50 Mbps.

By Default, IDcloudhost Colocation Server service is unmanaged.
If you do not order managed services, then the server management is left entirely to the Client (via remote login such as SSH /remote desktop or clients can come directly to our place). We only provide a server reboot service if your server goes down.
If you order managed services, then it is likely that the requirements you are asking for is outside the standard/provided specifications of managed services from IDCloudHost.
Please understand that we do not currently provide a "do everything on your server" service, our managed service is only limited to the scope of the services we mention.
